About Michael.

I'm Michael Carl — an independent technologist based in Tampa, Florida. 002 Solutions is the name I work under for technology consulting.

My background spans software development, sales and marketing, and writing — a mix that turns out to be useful when the job is less "write code" and more "figure out what actually needs building." I design backup and data infrastructure, clean up small-business IT, and build AI-driven tools for problems that used to require large teams or large budgets. When a native app is genuinely the right answer, I build that too.

I work best with small businesses and founders who want senior-level help without the overhead of a traditional consulting engagement. Projects are scoped, priced clearly, and delivered end-to-end.

If that sounds like your situation, get in touch.
